Your meetings, already in your plan
Connect Google Calendar and Kitelo reads your meetings into your plan, so you can plan around them. Your planned blocks can also show up in a separate "Kitelo" calendar in Google Calendar.

The Kitelo iPhone app puts the same planner in your pocket, with touch editing and reminders, so you can plan and adjust your day from anywhere.

Give your SI agents access to your planner and let them help plan your day, propose time blocks, and keep your tasks moving. You approve what they add, and you can revoke access any time.
How Kitelo uses your Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Kitelo reads the meetings on the calendars you choose (title and time, today through the next 14 days) to show them in your planner, and it creates one "Kitelo" calendar to hold your planned blocks. It can't change your other calendars. Your Google data isn't sold, used for ads, or used to train AI models. Disconnect any time to remove the Kitelo calendar and delete imported meetings.
